This vessel is a combination of handbuilt and thrown on the wheel. The subtle tone variations are the result of being fired inside of another clay vessel with various materials added to influence the color and patterning. There is no glaze, so the pot in not waterproof. The surface is waxed with a crystalline wax to protect the surface and leave a smooth satin finish. It measures 10" high by 7" wide.
